This page contains all the entries for Goodworth deaths in England and Wales from 1837 to 1904 that I have been able to find in the Civil Registration Indexes so far. Some entries are not easy to read so please do not rely on the information here if you are ordering certificates. If anyone does order certificates on the basis of this information I would appreciate it if you could let me know (and use) the information in them.

Deaths complete for 1837-1901. This information mostly came from a microfilm copy of the Index held at Leeds Central Library.   I have all the bmd information for GOODWORTHs from 1905 onwards but will only be publishing it slowly, if at all. If you have specific Goodworth-related queries please contact me as I may already have the index info. and/or be able to get it for you on my next trip to Leeds.

I have not looked for other name variations as they seem to be very rare ("Goodwith", "Goodwirth" and "Goodnorth"  ear probably the only variations worth looking for after 1837) and substantially slow down the search.

Other points to note:
 a. These entries are only for England and Wales.
 b. Scotland had its own system, and I will publish the one or two entries I have found in that system later
 c. I do not know what information was collected or survives from this period in Ireland, which had been from 1800 or 1801 part of the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland". If anyone knows, please let me know!
